TBS is currently accepting preschool applications for the 2021-22 school year on a space-available basis. We have very limited space availability accepting applications for Winter 2021.
STEP 1
Join a Virtual Tour Event! 
We regret that we can’t welcome you to our beautiful campuses at this time due to our current shelter-in-place order; but we look forward to e-meeting you during an upcoming virtual tour event to tell you more about our school!
STEP 2
Complete the online application.
After you’ve had a chance to meet our team and get a better sense of the school, the next step is to submit an application. Note there is a $75 application fee. We are currently enrolling on a space-available basis. New student applications are due Friday, January 29.

STEP 3
Prepare additional application materials.
Materials Needed from Kindergarten Applicants
Kindergarten applicants need to have (1) Kindergarten Teacher Recommendation Form (from a current teacher.)
Supporting Documentation
K-8 Applicants should send any additional supporting documents which may include the following: Testing for GATE, O.T. evaluations, 504 plans, IEP, or any other type of outside enrichment/support the student might be receiving.
Materials Needed from 1st Grade Applicants
Teacher Recommendation
- 1st Grade applicants need to have (1) 1st-8th grade Teacher Recommendation Form (from a current teacher) and (1) year of progress reports.
Transcripts
- 1st-8th Grade Applicants can complete a Transcript Request Form to give to their school to get the progress reports.
- 1st Grade applicants will need their kindergarten year report

- 2nd-8th Grade applicants need to have (2) 1st-8th grade Teacher Recommendation Forms (2 needed from the current year teacher and last year’s teacher) and the last (2) years of progress reports.

- Applicants can complete a Transcript Request Form to give to their school to get the progress reports.
- 2nd-8th Grade applicants will need the last two years of progress reports/report cards.

STEP 4
Apply for Individualized Family Tuition
Apply online for Individualized Family Tuition if you think you’ll need it. We understand that these are uncertain times financially for some, so we invite the conversation about planning financially for enrollment. Applying for 2021-22? IFT enrollment must be completed by Friday, January 29. If you have questions about the process or paperwork, please contact Amy Coty in the TBS Business Office.
STEP 5
Schedule Family & Student Meetings
Schedule remote appointments for meeting your family and doing the parent interview with our Admissions Office (ie. via Zoom or Google Meet.) Schedule a remote appointment for meeting your student online for assessment (ie. via Zoom or Google Meet.)
