Good Work (Homework Club)
This is an optional, drop-in time for students to work on assignments, get help from teachers, and bolster study skills. Sessions will be run by Stephen Cahill (SEL/Health Specialist); Jen Tilson (MS Learning Specialist/Executive Function Coach); and Julia Shields (4th-6th Learning Specialist). Good Work takes place on Mondays and Thursdays, after school from 3:35 PM to 5:00 PM.

Snacks are provided. Snack time is in the Outdoor Classroom from 3:35-3:45 PM.

Work time is in the Map Room from 3:45 PM - 5:00 PM.

Students do not need to stay for the entire time, and can be picked up earlier if needed. Students who finish work early may choose to stay in Good Work and work on other quiet activities, or join ExDay.

Additionally, Good Work will also be held during the school day, weekly on Wednesdays during recess (12:40-1:10).

MAKER CAMP: Grades rising 4th-9th
Mornings offer two hands-on makerspace tracks:
Level 1: A guided intro (or review!) of a variety of tools and materials, from 3D design and laser cutting to crocheting and screen-printing.
Level 2: In this advanced track best suited for campers with previous experience in our (or another) makerspace, students take a journey of product development, from ideation to prototyping and developing a business pitch.
Afternoons (for all campers) open up for exploration and innovation in the makerspace.
