Portrait of a Graduate

Our graduates leave The Berkeley School with the academic skills, curiosity, empathy, confidence, and self-knowledge needed to pursue their interests and passions, build collaborative relationships, and make a positive impact in the communities where they live and learn.

Whether their next educational destination is a local independent, public, charter, or Catholic high school, an arts high school, or an out-of-state boarding school, TBS graduates are fully equipped for the challenges and opportunities the future holds.

Preparing for
What’s Ahead

TBS faculty and staff actively support all students and families in the high school transition process, beginning in seventh grade. From initiating exploration and application processes for independent, charter, and Catholic high schools to navigating the ins and outs of public school registration and interdistrict transfers, we work together to find the best option for each student.
