Apply Early Action
Early Action is for families who are certain that they want to enroll their preschooler at The Berkeley School and want to get a jump start on securing a space should it be offered after the application process.
Families apply by November 30, 2020 and their child will go through their screening process and have an admission decision before the winter break. Enrollment contracts for admitted early action students are sent in January, along with our re-enrolling students, to ensure that your child will have a space in the summer/fall.
Families can choose the 10-month contract option which spans a typical school year from September through June. There is also access to the summer program if that is what your family needs by choosing the 12-month contract option which runs from June of 2021-June of 2022.
Who Can Apply?
- Applicants who were admitted and deferred from the previous year.
- New applicants who will be 3-, 4-, or 5 years old by September 1, 2021.
Benefits of Early Action
- Application fee waived
- Peace of mind as your child’s space is secured in January for summer/fall
- Ability to connect with the TBS community sooner rather than later
- Early Notification for Individual Family Tuition awards
