K-8 Back To School Night: Wednesday, September 17th 6:00-8:30p.
All parenting adults are invited to attend the most important night of the year! Join us to connect with other parenting adults, meet and get to know the teachers who work with your child(ren) daily, and learn more about the academic and social-emotional content and instructional approaches that we’ll use to seek and nurture your child’s unique learning potential. 


***Please note that this is an adults-only event. We are not able to provide childcare because our spaces will be in use.

Join Mitch and other team members for the first of what will be monthly opportunities to connect with other parenting adults, learn more about the present and future of TBS, and witness the range of performances, presentations, and community-building activities that comprise TBS assemblies. Short Description: We’re excited to welcome parenting adults back to campus for an evening of connection, learning, and community. ECC BTSN is a chance to spend time in the classrooms and hear directly from our wonderful teachers about the exciting year ahead.
Childcare will not be provided.

Short Description: Half-day for all students (Staff development)

Students have a half day on Friday, September 26th for staff professional development. Students will eat lunch before their early dismissal

Short Decription: Our goal is to make student transitions to kindergarten successful, whether or not they continue at TBS or not.

What do I need to do on the morning of the field trip?

• Drop off your child between 8:30 am and 8:45 am on Friday at 1310 University Ave, Berkeley, CA 94702. There is street parking in front of the building and a parking lot. Please come through the front gate and hang out with your child in the courtyard until 8:45 am. After your child leaves with their designated group, join TBS Admin and community members for coffee and a chat.

What do I need to do to pick up my child on the day of the field trip?

• Pick up your child at UAC between 11:45 - 12:00 

There will not be extended day on this date.

We invite you to join us for a morning of exploration and entertainment in our outdoor classroom. Don't miss your chance to explore our Certified Wildlife Habitat campus and connect with our Early Childhood community.

Open to all families with preschool aged kids (2-5 years) or soon to be preschool aged, we invite you to join us for a morning of fun, connection and community.

Description: Join us for a glimpse into our Early Childhood program (for ages 2-5) and find inspiration in our magical outdoor campus environment; a certified wildlife habitat! Led by the Director of Early Childhood Campus, our campus tours allow visitors the opportunity to explore our campus and experience the daily activities of our students. Tours are for adults only please (infants can be in the stroller or parenting adult arms).
